Bigguts Podcast

Does anyone else think it would be cool to organize a bigguts podcast?
I am too shy to do it but maybe someone else would like to.
I think that it would be a perfect way for keeping this community fresh and interesting. I love Bigguts and I think this would help it reach its full potential.

I think it would be a cool idea, but you already mentioned the first problem... who would do it? I don't really know who would be willing to do it (I sure as heck wouldn't)... besides, what would we talk about on it? Solve those problems, and it sounds like a great idea.

Maybe we could do a video podcast of pictures from the side every week or so... show updates and stuff.

I'm sure someone will step up. I mean if it is meant to be...
I hope so because I can't get enough of BG :)

Just No.

Anything would be extremely short because in the end, you would run out of things to talk about. And whenever members have requested things here (e.g a contest, journal board) they have never, ever been used. I know I or other staff wouldn't waste there time by putting something up every week or two that probably 50 or less people would listen to.

I know I sound pretty closed minded to this idea, but its pretty dubious for an already active community to talk about the forum topic, when its already there. And also pavili255, we all know unless its got something to do with pictures of fat guys, most of the inactive community wouldn't even touch it.

A Firm No on this.

I must say I mostly agree with you. Yeah, it would be great at first... then it would just stop.

You're right, there's only so much you can talk about when it comes to this topic.

Sigh... so much for the BGPC (Big Guts Podcast) idea...

Oh lord... Haha... I think that pretty much sums it up.

No. Never. Forget It.

I realize a few people posted, but pretty much the staff got hounded for months on end by countless people for one, then nobody ever used it. Likewise with the chat room, contests and such. :p

Big_fat_kiddo 15th January 2007 05:40 PM

Chatroom -> over 300 requests -> 0 users

Journal
-> over 100 requests -> 3 users

Contests
(especially picture contests) -> 50% of the members -> 20 people actually contributing.

But I agree with what Boochan said.
Half of the forum asks for stuff, while none of them uses it.

I know this since I seem to be the one getting spammed with PM's :p
