Sumo wrestlers - fish!

If you're talking the classic Japanese sumo wrestlers diet, there's not that much meat, but a lot of fish and veggies with their rice - and in huge quantities. Fish is good because it has lots of good fats, not the questionable saturated fats that turn up in beef.

Oh, and no self-respecting sumo would forget their beer, either...
