im from the uk, have a higher than normal metabolic rate, i'm wanting to start gaining, ultimately gaining 100Lbs, any tips

spread chocolate spread or peanut butter on everything. It adds fat content to more or less any food.

-Get as little sleep as possible- the stress causes you to eat more, and your body stores the food you eat the night before as fat to burn as energy later
-Add condiments to your meals (oils, dressings, syrups, sauces, gravys, etc.)
-Don't eat until early morning/late afternoon- starving yourself causes binges and also tells the body to store the food as fat.
-Never drink water- drink juices, sodas, and milk, loaded with carbs and calories.

make milkshakes with icecream, chocolate syrup and heavy cream

sometimes i make em with up to 3000 calories

I think milkshakes are awesome for gaining weight! Full fat milk with full fat ice cream and you're on your way - delicious too
