Yes Its Very Sweet Tasting...very Rich To Drink..you May Try Adding Other Stuff W/ It. Iv Heard Of Guys Even Adding Cooking Oil To It Just For The Extra Cals. Iv Used To Take A Huge Boil Of Icecream And Melting It In The Microwave And Drinking It Right Before Bed. I Will Say Whole Milk Is A Very Good Way Of Getting A Blowted Belly If You Can Drink It Or Adding It W/ Other Stuff.

Letting containers of the richest ice cream you can find to melt, and then drinking them will really help your belly. Stirring in olive oil will increase the effect, but don't add too much or you may find yourself spending a whole lotta time in the bathroom!

I totally agree, Boochan, especially on a hot summer day. Nothing like a big tub of cold ice cream! But if you drink it melted, you can get a whole lot more inside you much quicker! That's how I kick-started my gaining rebound after being laid low by unexpected surgery that left me feeling yukky for months. Then, I heard about the olive oil thing. First time I tried it, I added far too much. You don't wanna know about that...!

Sumo wrestlers - fish!

If you're talking the classic Japanese sumo wrestlers diet, there's not that much meat, but a lot of fish and veggies with their rice - and in huge quantities. Fish is good because it has lots of good fats, not the questionable saturated fats that turn up in beef.

Oh, and no self-respecting sumo would forget their beer, either...

I know whole milk for sure makes you plump up right away.

Oh, and a target for your competitive types - total daily intake.

Barry Austin, who was for a while England's heaviest man, at 915 pounds, recorded his daily intake at that weight at an average of 29 000 calories a day. Takes a lot of food to support a big man....

I find going to the takeaway once a week helps, I get a 12" pizza with a large side of chips and a share size coke, usually with a side of onion rings aswell. My trouser buttons once popped while I was having one of those aswell. ))

I find that mixing of the weight gain powder that weightlifters use into my milkshakes helps. Also, I drink a lot of coconut milk.

Yes, this is one thing that I've found, especially in cooking to be very useful. Try and increase your use of Coconut Cream at the same time, which is much more creamier, with a similar taste and a lot of the extra fat
