ok this is how i feel, as to Big_fat_kiddo, your one of the lucky ones, your not only got big gut but your big all over..some of us just got the big gut and ass,, my arms and legs have not caught up yet. which id rather be big all over then just the gut part..the powerlifter look to me is a dream..maybe ill never see this on me.. (cuz that is a lot of work) trying to be big all over. so to them guys that are skinny.. i think lifting heavey weights a few days a week will realy help you out alot if your trying to not only get a huge gut but get big all over.. beleive me in time this will happand. and eating a whole lot of cals in your diet.

Hot water is not very enjoyable. What I do is eat until I am really full --just on the edge of being uncomfortably full --and then drink hot tea or coffee and give myself a belly rub. The hot liquid helps your stomach to expand and hold more and also washes some of the food down the old plumbing. The acidity of the tea or coffee also helps your digestion. Net result is that you can eat more. Rinse and repeat.

I love the extra large shakes from McD's, Dairy Queen or the Big Frostie from Wendy's. I get one in the drive through and chug it down when I'm out driving around on errands. Very fattening and two hours later I'm hungry as hell for a big meal.

Kraft mac & cheese, pizza, -or- pasta, with milk and ice cream is my favorite gaining combination. It digests easily, has a good mix of carbs and fat, and when consumed right before bed will convert best into fat. Not to mention that it's CHEAP and quick to make or order.

milkshakes from DQ are best (and they taste better than egg-nog!)

I recently saw a show about a young sumo wrestler who said they nap after a large lunch in order to gain weight.

Thumbs up Slim blubber

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could help me get my ideal body. I can't explain it. It's not very fat just kindof chubby. Here's a video of a guy who has it
or this

A mix of those two, jiggly like that but slim with a little soft belly sticking out, virtually no hard fat, any gaining excersize combos I should try please Message me or reply

I'm going to agree with Joe7777joe too. I saw a documentary on MTV about zumo wrestlers in Japan and in United States. Their best tip was after having a titanic lunch, they would take a long nap to rest. Their meals consisted of large amounts of meats, and grains (mainly white rice). I know whole milk for sure makes you plump up right away.
